About Arizona Pool Service Pros

Arizona Pool Service Pros is an independent directory of pool companies in the Phoenix metro, launched in 2026 by Five Explorers Press, LLC. We are not a pool company and we don't clean or repair pools. We list companies that do, with data you can check yourself: Google ratings, review counts, phone numbers and addresses.

Where the data comes from

Listings come from public Google Business data. Last updated October 2026. If a listing is wrong, tell us and we'll fix it.

How we make money

Today, nobody pays us. Listings are free and sorted by Google rating. We plan to pass quote requests to one pool company per city that pays for the introduction. Homeowners pay nothing, and each request goes to one company, not five.

What we don't do

We don't take payment to change ratings or reorder the listings. We don't sell your contact details to lead brokers.

A note on licensing

In Arizona, routine pool cleaning usually doesn't need a contractor license. Repairs, equipment installs, resurfacing and pool building often do, depending on the job and its size. We don't check licenses. Look up any company at azroc.gov before you hire, especially for resurfacing, a remodel or new equipment.

Questions

How are companies chosen?

Listings come from public Google Business data. A company needs at least 3 Google reviews and a pool cleaning, pool repair or pool contractor category on its Google profile. We leave out pool supply stores. There's no minimum rating. City pages sort by Google rating, then review count.

Are these companies licensed?

We don't check licenses. Before you hire, look up the company at azroc.gov, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. It shows license status, bond and complaints. A listing here only means the company has a public Google Business profile with at least 3 reviews.

Can a company pay to rank higher?

No. Nobody pays for placement. The order on each city page comes only from Google rating, then review count.

How do I fix or add a listing?

Use the quote form and pick "Something else." Tell us the company name, city and what to change: phone, address or website. We update by hand. Changes to your Google profile show up here the next time we pull the data.
